David Rodríguez Caballero es licenciado en Bellas Artes por la Universidad del País Vasco (1995). Su obra se caracteriza por una búsqueda constante de la abstracción geométrica, donde predominan el pliegue y la intervención de la luz como elementos compositivos fundamentales.
Ha acuñado el término ‘pintar sin pintura’ para describir su proceso creativo único. Sus trabajos exploran cómo la luz se transforma en materia cuando se mezcla con el metal.
Trabaja principalmente con: Aluminio, latón, cobre, acero, vinilo, papiroflexia.
Representado en: Moscow Museum of Modern Art, Würth Museum, Museum of Navarra, Oteiza Foundation, Palace of the Popes (Vaticano), National Library of Spain, y más.
